Booking
Transportation is not included in the passes. If you require transportation, please leave a note in the comment section which hotel you’re staying at and we can quote you a private roundtrip transfer.

If you want to book two different passes, just write a note in the comment section who would like to do a different pass (name and age if they are a child).

Where is the park located?

Can people in my group do different passes?
Yes! Just write a note in the comment section who wants to do different passes so you don’t have to fill out the form multiple times.
Include the names of the adults and children as well as children’s ages if there are any.
I don’t have transportation, can you help me arrange it?
Yes! We can help you arrange roundtrip transportation as a private service with one of our transportation partners.
Please write a note in the comment section you need transportation and include your hotel.
If staying at a rental, please include name of the rental as well as a pindrop on Google Maps.

Hi! We are staying in La Fortuna at Tabacon resort. How far is this tour from our resort? Do they pick up here?
Also looking for things to do or suggestions on things we need to do and see in Guanacaste. We are staying at the Westin Reserve Conchal.
We are at LaFortuna from 2/19-2/23 and then in Guanacaste from 2/23- 2/28.
Thank you so much for any trips or itenary you suggest. There are 6 of us coming and we are so excited and want to learn, see and do as much as we can while we are there!

Hi Melissa, you can visit Vandara from the Westin, it’s only 1 hr 45 min as opposed to 3 hours from La Fortuna. The park can provide transportation from the Westin for a fee, just write a note in the booking form you need it. My wife and I are headed to Costa Rica (Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica Resort & Spa) November 26th – Dec.3rd. My wife recently had shoulder surgery so she is limited on what she can do. I am figuring she could do the Nature Pass at Vandara. I was thinking about going on November 28th. Do you have a company that could pick us up and bring us back to the resort? How long could we stay at Vandara? How far a drive is it from the resort to Vandara? Any other tours you suggest with limitations?
