Car Rental Questions

If you have a question about your reservation with our car rental partners, please include your reservation number. If you need help renting a car, please include your date of car rental period, type of car including automatic or manual, pick up and drop off locations and the pick up and return times.

Private Shuttles Inquiries

Please include your dates of travel for each service, pick up location, pick up time, drop off location, number of adults, number of luggage, children and children’s ages. We only book private shuttle services for the moment – we do not book shared shuttles.

Tours

We need to know which tour you want to do, the date, your pick up location and number of adults and children.

Traveling in Costa Rica

We receive a massive amount of emails every day from people asking for advice for their own trip. We do not provide itinerary planning services or consultation services. For any travel questions, inquiries or advice, we will refer you to relevant blog posts. We also cannot buy national park tickets or ferry tickets, that is only through the respective websites which we have no affiliation with.

Immigrating to Costa Rica is a vast (complicated) topic that normally requires legal assistance, we do not provide any immigration assistance for these reasons but we can refer you to resources who can.
