2 Day Hot Spring Day Pass: original price is $124.30 USD per person ages 3 and up with taxes and fees included. Our discount is $6 USD off the original rate. This rate is valid until December 14, 2025.
If you are booking for 2026, we will inform you of the new rates via email.
Blackout dates: December 15, 2025 – Jan 06, 2026; February 14 – 21, 2026; March 7 – April 10, 2026 and December 18, 2026 – January 5, 2027.
Includes entrance to the hot springs and pools for two consecutive days, parking, lockers and towels. Food, drinks and tips are not included.
Hot springs are open from 8 AM to 10 PM.
The hot springs day pass does not include activities at Club Rio. If you would like to do any of their activities, you have to book the activities directly at the Club Rio reception desk when you are there. Activities are dependent upon availability.

How do I get to The Springs Resort to use my hot spring pass?
Transportation is not included in the The Springs Resort hot springs day pass. You will need to drive yourself if you rented a car or arrange transportation such as a private driver or taxi.
When you enter the property, you must tell the guard you have a reservation for hot spring day pass. He may ask for your name and reservation number.
A 4wd or high clearance car is not required to get to The Springs, you can get there in a sedan.
Can I drive there and park for free?
Yes, you can park at the Springs Resort property for free.
What is included in the hot springs day pass?
Towels, lockers and entrance to their hot springs and pools. Anything you consume (food/drink) is not included. Transportation is not included. Tips are not included.
Can I split up the hot spring pass on different days?
The two day hot spring pass is allowed for consecutive days. They cannot be split up.
Can I add any of the activities on the property such as horseback riding or tubing?
No. For the hot spring pass, no activities are included. If you would like to do activities offered at Club Rio, you may go there directly to book (dependent upon availability) and pay there. We cannot add activities to hot springs passes.
How long can I stay at the hot springs?
They are open from 8 AM to 10 PM. You may arrive at any time and stay as long as you like until 10 PM. You may also go back and forth to the property as you like during the two consecutive days.
Am I allowed to go to their other restaurants or bars on the Springs Resort and Spa?
Yes but if you want to get drinks or other food at the Springs Resort and Spa restaurants, it is not included. Please make sure to bring cash or a credit card to pay for what you consume.

We had a blast with this package. The property is magnificent and the staff so friendly and helpful. We went with our 7 year old granddaughter and family. She aced horseback riding and river tubing with the help of the wonderful guides. Then we played amongst the multiple hot springs pools and slides for hours. We never even used our second day access but felt like it was a good value. I would recommend to visitors hands down. Thanks.

Hi! This may be a silly question, but do you know the Club Rio adventure package is differently priced if we are staying on site? I read that the animal sanctuary is included in the hotel stay, but I can’t find anything about the Club Rio activities for hotel guests. Thanks!

Hot springs are included if you’re staying at the resort so in this case if you’re a hotel guest, you can just purchase the activities individually and then if you want lunch, you have more options since you can go to their other restaurants, you don’t have to go to their trout restaurant which is the one included in the package

Hi Tiara, they can but it will have to be private because that lodge and there’s an extra cost of $10. Their last transport is at 6 PM for the day but if you want private, they can take you back later

Hi Mallory, the 2 day hot spring pass does not include lunch on the day you go back to the hot spring – only on the day of the activities. Transportation is not included in the hot spring pass either and it is only one entry a day.

Those are blackout dates so no outside guests can use their facilities (hot springs, Club Rio) except hotel guests
