Vista Los Sueños Cancellation Policies

These are the Vista Los Sueños cancellation policies when booking through Mytanfeet Costa Rica Travel.

100% penalty fee if cancelled in less than 24 hours of the first scheduled activity time and date. If cancelled in more than 24 hours, we will give a full refund minus a 5% administration service fee.

No refunds for no shows - it is a 100% penalty fee for no shows.

For groups larger than 10 people, a 48 hours cancellation policy applies and a 5% administration service fee will be applied. For cancellations made 180 days after the original booking, refunds will be given by Paypal only.

There will be no cancellation due to rain, the tour will take place even in rainy and/or cloudy weather. Except in the event of an electrical storm or torrential rain, the tour may be cancelled or suspended.

There will be NO REFUNDS if any portion of the tour gets canceled by rain or any other situation out of the park's control. Once the waiver has been signed, there will be no refund of money whatsoever. Once the tour has started, there will be no refund of money. In case you do not follow instructions or you display behavior that will put the guide or other participants at risk, you will be removed from the activity and no refund will be given.

Cancellations and changes have to be sent to us via email in writing and confirmed via writing to be taken into effect. Changes flexible depending upon availability, must have at least 24 hour notice for changes in order to check availability and reconfirm new tour time. All and any refund given is subject to a 5% administration service fee.

When a client cancels a tour booked through Mytanfeet, a 5% administration fee is applied. This fee is because PayPal and other major payment processors do not refund their transaction fees when a refund to the client has been issued.

In addition, Mytanfeet takes pride in operating responsibly. We pay our team above average wages, hire local staff (Costa Rican citizens), and comply with Costa Rica’s labor laws by covering all employee benefits and mandatory contributions, including CCSS (universal healthcare/social security) and INS (occupational risk insurance). We also work exclusively with only certified and insured service providers.

For these reasons, the small 5% administration fee in scenarios of a cancellation, helps us cover unavoidable costs while still maintaining fair compensation for our team and providing high quality service for our readers and clients.
