These are the cancellation policies for Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park when booking your direct tickets (no transportation).

All reservations must be canceled or changed at least 48 hours in advance or the penalty fee is 100%. In case of force majeure, please contact the park so the situation can be evaluated. All cancellation outside the 48 hour window will have a 5% administration service fee.

All changes and cancellation requests must be written via email to Mytanfeet in order to be acknowledged and confirmed. No refunds for no shows or cancellations the day of.

Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes to the park before the guided tour starts. For a 5 minute delay, the park will try to add guests to the tour without affecting the schedule, but this is not a guarantee. Notice must be given, or else a penalty will apply.

For more than 10 minute delay, the park will try to add the guests to the tour, or wait for the next available time slot. Another option is to do the tour self guided. Notice must be given, or else a penalty will apply.

If you do not arrive for the tour, no refund will be given and you will be marked as a no show.

In all cases, the park must be notified of the late arrival for this policy to apply. Otherwise, the service will be charged at 100%.

A reservation is required to enter the park. Visitors who arrive without a reservation when the park is sold out will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances.

If the scheduled time is not respected, the service may be considered a No Show, and 100% of the charge will apply.

Refunds requested after 180 days of the original payment date will be given by Paypal only.

When a client cancels a tour booked through Mytanfeet, a 5% administration fee is applied. This fee is because PayPal and other major payment processors do not refund their transaction fees when a refund to the client has been issued.

In addition, Mytanfeet takes pride in operating responsibly. We pay our team above average wages, hire local staff (Costa Rican citizens), and comply with Costa Rica’s labor laws by covering all employee benefits and mandatory contributions, including CCSS (universal healthcare/social security) and INS (occupational risk insurance). We also work exclusively with only certified and insured service providers.

For these reasons, the 5% administration fee for cancellations helps us cover unavoidable costs, while still maintaining fair compensation for our team and providing high quality service for our readers and clients.
