Who is Mytanfeet Costa Rica Travel?
Hello!
We are Yeison and Samantha, the couple behind Mytanfeet Costa Rica Travel. We are a married couple living in Costa Rica full time.
Yeison (pronounced like Jason) is Costa Rican, born and raised.
Samantha moved to Costa Rica in 2012 from the United States.
We have been traveling together in Costa Rica since 2010 and love sharing our stories, tips and experiences on Mytanfeet Costa Rica Travel.
We loved it so much, that Mytanfeet became an official travel consultation and booking agency, so that we can further assist our readers with their Costa Rica vacation.

What Sets Up Apart From Other Costa Rica Blogs and Agencies
There are a lot of travel agents, agencies and blogs about Costa Rica and some of them have good information, some don’t.
But something most don’t have is the year round local perspective since they are all mostly written by foreigners who visited Costa Rica once in awhile, or some are here temporarily.
We live in Costa Rica year round and are constantly traveling around the country to update our content to bring you the latest information, as much as possible.

We, Danny and Leah, are from New Brunswick, Canada and are in our mid-sixties and looking to enjoy a trip to Costs Rica with the assistance of someone like yourselves

We love the ocean since we live near the Atlantic Coast in our hometown, and love farm markets, good music and privatish beaches

Just returned from 10 day trip and used so many tips from this site. Adobe car rental was perfect and the roads were a journey. All I can say is you will learn Reductor (Speed bump so reduce speed) and Ceda (Yield or Cede because only 1 car fits) pretty quick.
We flew into Liberia airport and headed back to Arenal to do Ziplining and White Water rafting. The links and suggestions were perfect. We had a blast.
We then headed towards Tamarindo area. If you want to be around crowds and US style restaurants, Tamarindo is for you. For us, we stayed 30 mins away in a VRBO. Close enough to visit but far enough from the young party animals.
The suggestion on money was extremely helpful as well.
Not only did we use the site ahead of time to plan and book excursions, we also used it while there to remind us about Playa Conchal. That was by far the best beach experience we had. Yes you have to walk but once you get there, you get the food and drink experience without having to get up from your spot.
