A 4×4 is not required.
3 activities: aerial tram, ziplining and hanging bridges. Can book all three, just two or one. The ziplining tour automatically includes the aerial tram, which must be taken in order to reach the first cable.

Enjoy views of the rainforest as you ride about 20 minutes up the peaceful aerial tram 800 meters/2625 feet to the observation platform. From there, take photos of the iconic hand statue and then head over to begin your exciting ziplining tour!

Zip over the rainforest with views of Lake Arenal and Arenal Volcano on seven cables, the longest reaching over 750 meters (2460 feet) and highest at 200 meters (656 feet). Halfway through the ziplining tour, enjoy a refreshing natural fruit juice drink before completing the circuit.

This canopy tour does not require manual hand braking but all visitors must follow the rules. Must take the aerial tram to begin the zipline. Pregnant women, people with epilepsy, people with back/neck/bone/muscle problems, people who had recent surgery and those who have major health conditions not allowed.

Times: 8 AM, 9 AM, 1030 AM, 1 PM, 2 PM and 3 PM. Tour duration is around 2 hours.

Maximum weight allowed is 136 kg (300 lb). Maximum waist size for the harness is 117 cm (46 in). Maximum leg loop size for the harness is 67 cm (26 in). Minimum height is 1.10 meters (3’6 ft)

Minimum age is 5 provided that the harness and equipment can fit. Children 10 years and under may travel alone on the cable if the guide deems it appropriate. The guides may decide if children need to ride tandem with another guide or another adult.

Teenagers ages 14-17 may take the tour without adult supervision, as long as a responsible adult signs the waiver before the activity. Guides have the right to suspend the activity for any child they believe is visibly nervous and fearful and cannot complete the circuit. Guides may suspend guests for not following safety rules.

Student ages are 13-25 with a valid student ID (must provide proof of school ID) and children ages are 5-12.

This is a non guided hanging bridges pass. Signage is very clear and trails are well marked. The trail is a loop and takes around 1.5 -2 hours.

Hanging Bridges Self Guided Times*
Take a peaceful 800 meters (2624 feet) ride on their state of the art aerial tram through the rainforest. Bilingual guides are available and they’ll share some interesting tidbits about the local flora and fauna, and what you are seeing along the way. Spacious trams with panoramic views can comfortably fit groups up to 6 people.

Once at the top, soak in all the majestic views of the lake, volcano and rainforest. Take photos on the giant hand and watch the other guests embark on the first zipline cable.

When you are ready, you will take the aerial tram back down. The ride is about 20 minutes each way. Total aerial tram experience time is 1-1.5 hours.

Do You Need Transportation?*

Hotel for Pick up and Drop off (La Fortuna only)*
Sky Adventures shuttle schedule from the park back to La Fortuna hotels/downtown La Fortuna is at 1030 AM, 1130 AM, 1230 PM, 115 PM, 215PM, 315 PM, 415 PM and 515 PM. You may take any of them back if you need transportation out of the park.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
All prices quoted in USD. Activities must be prepaid in full to book them and we will send you an invoice to pay via Paypal or credit card. We don’t accept echecks. After you submit your booking request, we will get in contact with you within the next 24 hours. If you have any questions, please email us at web@mytanfeet.com. Mytanfeet is a registered Costa Rican company. We are a 100% Costa Rican travel consulting company based in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Strict Cancellation Policy. Cancellation policies: All cancellations must be sent in writing and must receive confirmation in writing for it to be considered as in effect. Cancellations made with more than at least 48 hours from the service time and date is fully refundable minus a 5% administration fee. If cancelled in less than 48 hours, there is a 100% penalty fee. For groups of more than 12 people, there is a 7 days cancellation policy from the tour date and start time. If cancelled outside the 7 day window, we will give a full refund minus a 5% administration fee. If the client does not complete any of the activities for whatever reason, there is no refund. You must arrive at the park at least 15 minutes before your tour time. Cancellations made the day of is a 100% penalty fee. No shows are charged the full 100% value of the reservation. If tour is cancelled after 180 days since payment was completed, the refund is given by Paypal only.
