Is previous rafting experience required?
No, it is not required for the rafting nor the ziplining. Both activities are suitable for first timers.
The guide will give a safety talk and short lesson before the rafting tour to teach you the commands and how to paddle.
For the ziplining, the guide will give a safety talk to teach you how to brake, where to put your hands and other important safety regulations.
Do I have to do the tarzan swing?
No. This is a completely optional activity. The tarzan swing is a platform around 10 meters (32 feet) high and you will jump off the platform, strapped in a harness and cables, and swing into the jungle.
If you don't do the tarzan swing, you'll stay down on the ground and you can watch those who are doing it, as you will have to wait for the group to finish to complete the circuit.
What is the schedule?
Normally, the ziplining is first, then white water rafting, and lunch at the end. The guide will inform you of the exact itinerary as there may be changes depending on the conditions of the day.
What should I wear?
For the rafting, you should have a swimsuit and clothes that can get wet. We highly recommend a sun shirt to wear underneath the life jacket. Make sure to bring a change of dry clothes.
For the ziplining, comfortable clothes is recommended.
Are there weight or height restrictions?
The maximum waist width cannot exceed 50.4 inches (130 cm) due to the size of the harness for the ziplining and the white water rafting has a maximum weight of 122 kilos (269 lbs).

What braking system is used in the ziplining tour?
The zipline tour will require some manual hand braking. The guides will show you how to do it safely and they will inform you of which ones require the manual hand braking. Manual hand braking requires some force exerted onto the cable from your hand holding the cable behind you.
What kind of shoes do I need?
Water shoes, adventure sandals with two straps, or any kind of sneaker. Your shoes will get wet on the rafting tour. No loose sandals or shoes allowed.
