This park has a ziplining tour, aerial tram, nature trails, butterfly garden, reptile/amphibian exhibit and orchid garden, offering visitors a wonderful experience in the tropical rainforest as it borders the Braulio Carrillo National Park. They also offer wildlife experiences such as birdwatching and night tours.

Rainforest Adventures Braulio Carillo Park is an eco and adventure park in Limon, Costa Rica. Mytanfeet offers a 10% discount for adults off their passes prices below. There is an extra $3 USD charge per locker. Transportation is not included. Rates below include all taxes and fees (discount is off the rates below) and valid until Dec 1, 2025. The aerial tram and self guided walk pass includes the aerial tram up into the tropical rainforest to see beautiful canopy views and self guided nature walks through the nature trails, wildlife exhibitions and river trails. The aerial tram is a 40 minute ride up and 40 minute ride down to see the rain forest. You can enjoy the nature trails at your own leisure after the aerial tram.

Aerial tram leaves every 30 minutes from 915 AM to 2 PM.

Cost is $66.67 USD per adult, $44.07 USD per child

Aerial Tram Time(Required)

Please enter what time you’d like to do the aerial tram. They depart every 30 minutes from 915 AM to 2 PM. You must check into the park at least 15 minutes before your confirmed tour time.

The canopy pass includes the ziplining tour, trekking in the forest, terrarium, butterfly garden and orchid garden. The ziplining tour has 10 cables and 15 platforms, the longest cable is 700 meters (.4 miles). Minimum age for the ziplining tour is 5 years old, maximum weight is 136 kilos (300 lbs) and minimum height of 120 cms (3’11). They use a double cable, double harness and controlled braking system. After the ziplining, you can enjoy the nature trails at your own leisure.

Ziplining tour times are at 8 AM, 10 AM and 2 PM.

Cost is $66.67 USD per adult, $44.07 USD per child.

Canopy Tour Time(Required)

Please enter what time you’d like to the ziplining tour. They have schedules at 8 AM, 10 AM and 2 PM. The canopy tour takes around 2 hours.

The 6 in 1 pass allows visitors to enjoy the whole park. It includes the ziplining tour including the 700 meter adrenaline cable, aerial tram, trekking in the forest, terrarium, butterfly garden and orchid garden. The entire duration of the tour takes around 5 hours. Tour starts at 10 AM, must be checked in and down at the operation center by 945 AM. Nature trails have a lookout point and hanging bridge. This is not guided.

Cost is $107.35 USD per adult, $66.67 USD per child.

As the park borders the Brauilio Carrillo National Park, one of the biggest and most diverse national parks with various ecosystems, birdwatching here is one of the best with over 400 species in the surrounding rainforest. Your guide will search for all sorts of birds and share information about their habitat and their life in the rainforest. If there is a specific bird you want to see, feel free to let your expert guide know. This full day birdwatching tour is a must for hard core birders, looking to tick off as many birds on their list as possible. Half day is 8 hours, must arrive at 730 AM.

Includes: expert certified naturalist bilingual guide, bird list. Meals are not included but you may pay for them at the on-site restaurant if you wish.

Payment and cancellation policies

Mytanfeet is a 100% Costa Rican travel consulting company based in Guanacaste. All prices are quoted in USD. The passes have to be prepaid in full and we will send you an invoice to complete payment via credit card or Paypal. Strict Cancellation policy: 100% penalty fee if cancelled in less than 24 hours. If cancelled outside the 24 hour window, we will give you a full refund minus a 5% administration service fee. No refunds for no shows. For groups of 10+, cancellations must be made at least 96 hours before arrival time and date. If cancelled in less than 96 hours for groups of 10+, there is a 100% penalty fee. Groups are 10+ people who are doing activities at the same time. Refunds are given via the way the deposit was paid. If tour is cancelled after 180 days since payment was completed, the refund is given by Paypal only. All cancellations must be sent in writing to us and must receive confirmation in writing for it to be considered as in effect. After you submit your booking request, we will get in contact with you within the next 24 hours. All refunds are subject to a 5% administration service fee. Is transportation included?

Transportation is NOT included in the prices on the form, you will need to drive there yourself. Parking is free. However, if you require transportation, please leave a message in the comment section stating which hotel you’re at and that you require transportation. We will then send you an email with information about the tour with transportation included as there will be an extra charge.

The park can provide transportation from San Jose – Alajuela, Sarapiqui and Guapiles (pick up Guapiles, drop off Guapiles or San Jose if you’re coming from Tortuguero). With transportation, lunch is included and we will send you the rates by email. Minimum 4 passengers.

Can I pay in cash or credit card?

To book the tour through Mytanfeet and get our discount, it has to be prepaid in full which we’ll send you an invoice for. It can be completed via Paypal or credit/debit card.

Is There Food?

Food and drink are not included in any of the passes. You may purchase food/drink at their on-site restaurant.
