We answer car rentals, shuttles and tour emails within 24 hours and give priority to those who have booked services or are booking services through us.

For emails that do not require booking services and are general travel questions, our answer time may be longer due to the high volume of emails we receive. We try to answer everyone eventually as soon as we can.

Car Rental Questions

If you have a question about your reservation with our car rental partners, please include your reservation number.

If you need help renting a car, we will be happy to assist you booking a car or giving a quote with our car rental partners.

Shuttles Inquiries

We can book private transfer services only.

If you would like a shared shuttle, we offer a 10% discount for Mytanfeet readers for Interbus shared shuttles.

Tours

We have partners in many places in Costa Rica and will be happy to book your tours with our partners.

Traveling in Costa Rica

We receive a massive amount of emails every day from people asking for advice for their own trip. We encourage you to check our blog first, specifically our Costa Rica travel tips before contacting us as we have over 500 free articles with information about Costa Rica. We do not provide itinerary planning services or consultation services. For any travel questions, inquiries or advice, we will refer you to relevant blog posts. We also cannot buy national park tickets or ferry tickets, that is only through the respective websites which we have no affiliation with.

Real Estate

We do not work in real estate so we cannot offer recommendations for realtors, real estate companies or help you buy/sell/rent property. Additionally, we do not promote real estate on our travel website.

Relocation

Immigrating to Costa Rica is a vast and complicated topic that normally requires legal assistance. As we only focus on travel in Costa Rica, we do not provide any type of expat/relocation/immigration assistance.
