Description
Dive into Costa Rica's culinary scene on this fun, interactive and educational local flavor cooking experience. First, you'll be taken to a local farmer's market in Quepos, where your guide will help you pick out fresh ingredients for the cooking class.
Then, you'll be taken to a private ranch in Londres, a town about 40 minutes outside Quepos, up in the mountains for the rest of the cooking experience. Once at the ranch and outdoor kitchen, your guide will lead you to their organic garden, to pick out the remaining fresh ingredients required.
Then, they'll show you how to make some Costa Rican staples, such as corn tortillas, picadillos (minced meat and veggies), slow cooked chicken and much more. After you complete cooking, you'll get to dig in to your fresh meal and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
