What is included?

Additional Information

• Confirmation will be given upon tour booking.
• Tour must be prepaid in full to book.
• Must be at least 16 years of age to drive their own ATV. 
• Children ages 5-11 will ride with a guide. 
  
• These are shared experiences.
• Does not require any previous experience.
• Original and valid drivers license required for every driver. 
• Maximum weight limit of 140 kg (308 lbs)
• Pregnant women, those who have had major surgery in the last 6 months and those with severe heart conditions are not allowed
• Double and single ATVs available
• If you are perceived to be under the influence of any drug or alcohol, you will be prohibited from participating on the tour.

• Wear swimsuit and bring a towel if you want to swim in the river
  
  

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: If the tour is cancelled in less than 24 hours of tour time and date, it is a 100% penalty fee. If cancelled outside the 24 hour window, we will give a full refund minus a 5% administration service fee. All cancellation requests must be written to us via email and confirmed in writing via email to be taken into effect. No refunds for no shows. No refunds for cancellations the day of the tour, no refunds if you are late and miss the tour. No refunds if you leave early on the tour. Refunds are given the same way invoices were completed. If cancellation is made 180 days after the initial payment date, refunds are given only via Paypal. If you fail to comply with the guide's instructions, it may result in the participant's cancellation without possibility of a refund. For groups, the cancellation policy is 100% penalty if cancelled in less than 72 hours. If cancelled within 3 days prior to the date and time of service, it is a 50% refund minus a 5% administration service fee. If cancelled within 4 days prior to the date and time of service, it is a 100% refund minus a 5% service fee.

The tour runs rain or shine but if there are adverse weather conditions that do not allow the tour to run safely such as floods, lightning and red weather alerts , they tour will be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund if the tour has not begun yet. If the tour has already been operating for over one hour, there will be a 50% refund.
